On-line Pre-Employment Screening Tool App

What We Do

At Fit4Work Systems, we understand how time consuming and expensive the recruitment process can be for all employers.

It takes up a lot of resources to find the ideal candidate who can be physically matched and medically suitable to the job being advertised.  Then just when the process is progressing the candidate leaves because the time taken to book and have the assessments done takes too long.  How often have you heard this!

That’s why we offer our customers a digital technology screening  process which not only addresses this specific issue but also items such as eliminating any geographical boundaries, etc.

Meet The Team

Mark Armstrong

Founder

The Founder of Fit4Work Systems, Mark Armstrong, is an Exercise Physiologist with over 30 years experience. Since 1995 he has worked in the areas of health, rehabiitation, and pre-employment functional assessments across all major industry sectors.

Over this time he has reviewed major client’s recruitment processes uncovering four primary areas of concern; cost, time involved, stress on the employer/recruiter, and the difficulty of interpreting medical and functional information from candidate’s assessments.
