Mark Armstrong is an Exercise Physiologist with over 30 years
experience. Since 1995 he has worked in the areas of health,
rehabilitation, and pre-employment functional assessments across
all major industry sectors.
Over this time he has reviewed major client’s recruitment processes uncovering four primary areas of concern; cost, time involved, stress on the employer/recruiter, and the difficulty of interpreting medical and functional information from candidate’s assessments.
Based on this experience he developed a prototype, commencing with a proof of concept, subsequent testing which led to a minimal viable product for a new on-line pre-employment screening assessment which is Fit4Work Systems.
