OUR FOUNDER
The Founder of Fit4Work Systems, Mark Armstrong, is an Exercise Physiologist with over 25 years experience. Since 1995 he has worked in the areas of health, rehabiitation, and pre-employment functional assessments across all major industry sectors.
Over this time he has reviewed major client’s recruitment processes uncovering four primary areas of concern; cost, time involved, stress on the employer/recruiter, and the diffiulty of interpreting medical and functional information from candidate’s assessments.
Based on this experience he developed a proptype, commencing with a proof of concept, subsequent testing which led to a minimal viable product for a new on-line pre-employment screening assessment which is Fit4Work Systems.
